Alloa no longer exists as a separate unit, but at the time it was part of the Scout Area of Clackmannan.
Types 1 & 2, 23x38mm, designed by R. Fyfe, printed by Monument Press, Stirling in sheets of 36 self-adhesive labels (6 rows of 6) on imperforate backing paper. As well as a matt appearance that version appears to be on slightly whiter paper. A first day cover was issued this year.
