Operated by 1st Chesham, 2nd Chesham (Trinity), 3rd Chesham (St. Mary's) & 2nd Amersham Common Scout Groups. Note that in the 2000 issue three stamps are inscribed "Chesham & Amersham" and one is inscribed "Amersham & Chesham" to match the four Groups participating.

Delivery area in 2004 - Amersham Common, Amersham old Town, Amersham on the Hill, Chesham Bois, Hyde Heath, Little Chalfont, Chesham, Ashridge, Ashley Green, Bellingdon, Chartridge, Ley Hill, Orchard Leigh, Pednor, Tylers Hill.

2nd Amersham Common is a Group within the Misbourne Valley Scout District, the three Chesham Groups are part of the Chiltern North Scout District, both of these districts being part of the Scout County of Buckinghamshire.

Types 1 to 4, 30x40mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets of 24 (6 rows of 4), all stamps fully perforated, but with four imperforate margins, the right hand being wider than the rest. Types 5 to 8, 30x40mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets of 24 (6 rows of 4), all stamps fully perforated, but with four imperforate margins, the sides being wider than the rest.
