Operated from 1988 onwards by 19 Scout & Venture Scout Units (increased to 22 in 1990), sponsorship from Bath Investment & Building Society (whose initials BIBS appear on all stamps).

1991 issue

Types 3 to 6, 42x32mm, horizontally se tenant, designed by Grenville Jones, PR Consultants to BIBS. Printed in sheets of 30 (1 row of 2 & 7 rows of 4), rouletted about 9. First day covers bearing all four stamps produced on locally designed envelopes. Although not seen by the compiler it has been reported that the 1992 & 1993 reprints were rouletted 14.



1994 - 1995

1994 issue

Types 15 to 18, 42x32mm, horizontally se tenant, designed by Grenville Jones, PR Consultants to BIBS. Note the change of BIBS logo. Printed in sheets of 30 (1 row of 2 & 7 rows of 4), rouletted about 13 to 13½. No first day covers.

2000 issue

Types 23 to 26, 42x32mm, horizontally se tenant, Designed by Grenville Jones, PR Consultants to BIBS. Printed in sheets of 30 + 2 labels giving last posting date (8 rows of 4 with top right & bottom left stamp spaces occupied instead by labels), rouletted about 38. Whilst the bottom row has a label followed by the expected 2nd, 3rd & 4th stamps of the set, the top row contains a pair of the 1st stamp followed by the 2nd stamp and a label, breaking the vertical pattern of the rest of the sheet with all stamps in a column being the same. Year 2000 labels contain last posting date of 12th Dec. Margins perforated less than half way across. No first day covers. Very detailed marginal inscriptions (including last posting date) can be seen on the images of the full sheets.
