Type 20, designed by ?, ink-jet printed locally on A4 sheets of 65 (5 rows of 13) self-adhesive labels (Avery J8651), mounted on an imperforate backing sheet. A first day cover was produced on specially printed envelopes.
A used example has been seen on a red envelope where the stamp's paper appears transparent and the red of the envelope shows through the whole stamp. It is believed that this was caused by some form of interaction between the stamp & envelope papers. No special printing was made.
