Serving Buckley and Drury. Operated from 1983-87, possibly later. Operated by 1st Bistre, Buckley (St. John's) and Buckley (St. Matthew). No First day covers were produced but several undated souvenir covers were made available.

1st Bistre Scouts are part of the Flintshire District in the Scout Area of Clwyd, the other two groups have since closed.

Type 1, designed by the Organising Committee, printed by Ron Bentley & Sons, Wrexham in sheets of ? (? rows of ?). Line rouletted about 4½. An undated illustrated commemorative cover bearing three stamps was produced in 1985.



1986 - 1987

Type 2, designed by I Eccles (cub), printed by Ron Bentley & Sons, Wrexham in sheets of ? (? rows of ?). Line rouletted about 4½. An undated illustrated commemorative cover bearing a single stamp was produced in 1986. A further undated illustrated commemorative cover bearing three stamps was produced in 1987.
