Type 1, 38x26mm, designed by ?, printed by ? on self-adhesive labels in sheets of ? with imperforate backing paper. Reused each year up to 1994. Some 1994 covers had cachet C1 in black, later reprints indistinguishable from the first issue.
Types 2 to 5, 39x29mm, designed by ?, printed by ? in sheets of 36 (6 rows of 6) each row containing types 2,3,4,5,3,2 in that order, line rouletted about 6. Undated covers exist bearing the strip of four different stamps but have no apparent normal postal use so they are regarded as "Souvenir Covers" rather than "postally used on cover".
Types 6 to 11, 39x29mm, designed by ?, printed by ? in sheets of 36 (6 rows of 6) each row containing a full set, line rouletted about 6. Types 9-11 are the same designs as types 5,3,2 of 1995 respectively but are a more intense red colour. Not easy to distinguish as single stamps. Reused in 1997.
Types 12 to 17, 29x40mm, designed by ?, printed by ? in sheets of 36 (6 rows of 6), line rouletted about 6. Reused in 1999.
Types 18 to 23, 29x40mm, designed by ?, printed by ? in sheets of 36 (6 rows of 6), line rouletted about 6. Reused in 2001. Designs as 1998 issue but shading paler or absent.
Types 24 to 29, 25x38mm, designed by ?, printed by ? in sheets of 36 (6 rows of 6), self-adhesive on an imperforate backing sheet.
