39th & 2nd Fife Scouts are groups in the Dunfermline District within the Scout Area of Fife.

Originally operated for one year only in 1984. However has returned in more recent years and is still operating.

Delivery areas are Aberdour, Backmuir, Blairhall, Bowershall, Buckhaven, Cairneyhill, Carnock, Charlestown, Coaledge Village, Coaltown of Balgonie, Comrie, Cowdenbeath, Cowstrandburn, Crombie, Crossford, Crossgates, Culross, Dalgety Bay, Donibristle Village, Dunduff, Dunfermline, Fordell Village, Glenrothes, Gowkhall, Halbeath, High Valleyfield, Hill of Beath, Hillend, Inverkeithing, Kelty, Kennoway, Kincardine, Kinglassie, Kingseat, Leslie, Leven, Limekilns, Lochgelly, Low Valleyfield, Lumphinnans, Markinch, Milton of Balgonie, Newmills, North Queensferry, Oakley, Pattiesmuir, Rosyth, Saline, Star of Markinch, Steelend, Thornton, Torryburn, Townhill, Wellwood and Windygates.
