(? rows of ?), line rouletted about 14, some (or all?) sheet margins imperforate giving a variety of perforation variations - this issue with a somewhat lighter blue was probably just a reprint. A souvenir cover dated 24th November was produced on specially designed envelopes (claiming 1st day of issue but reusing the 1994 stamps - the lighter shade has not been seen on special covers).
Cancellations
Type P1, applied to all mail. The side lobes of the trefoil badge contain the Group numbers of the participating Scout units (in these examples 5th, 35th & 44th) - more alternatives are sure to exist.
