Type C1. First day covers were produced on locally designed envelopes. About 1,320 distributed to a variety of local charities & 124 to VSU funds

Types 1 & 2, 50x35mm & 35x50mm respectively, designed by ?, printed by ? in sheets of ? (? rows of ?) self-adhesive labels. Souvenir covers bearing both stamps produced on locally designed envelopes (1990 envelopes with small extra handstamp "2ND YEAR"). The "a versions are badly printed examples.
