Type 1, 38x20mm, designed by ? and computer ink-jet printed on sheets of 65 (13 rows of 5) Avery self-adhesive labels, imperforate backing sheet. Possibly fugitive ink. First day covers issued on specially printed envelopes.
Types 2 to 10, 44x28mm approximately, Designed by ? using royalty-free clip art, printed by ? on imperforate gummed paper in assorted colour sheets of ? (? rows of ?). First day covers carrying a single stamp were issued on specially printed envelopes. FDCs cancelled with P1 in red, ordinary mail cancelled with P2 in red.
Types 11 to 16, 48x30mm approximately, designed by ? using royalty-free clip art, printed by ? on imperforate gummed paper in assorted colour sheets of ? (? rows of ?). First day covers carrying a single stamp were issued on specially printed envelopes. FDCs cancelled with P1 in black, ordinary mail cancelled with P2 in red.

(? rows of ?). 2p value used as a makeup from old 10p issues although it is not known whether this was aimed at facilitating the sale of old stocks of 10p issues or for customers who had stamps left from previous years.
