Operated by the 1st Kesgrave Scout Group. Also exchanging cards with the Ipswich Scout post. Initially using a cachet, issuing stamps from 1997 onwards. These stamps are applied by the scouts, usually on a one-per-house basis, rather than 1 per card.

1st Kesgrave Scout Group is part of the Deben District within the Scout County of Suffolk.
