Serving Waterloo, Seaforth, Litherland L21, Crosby, Blundellsands, Thornton, Lunt, Ince Blundell, Hightown, Formby & Freshfield. Exchanges mail with the Formby Scouts. No FDCs at any time. Took over from the earlier Sefton West post (q.v.). Merged with Formby in 2002 to form the ??? post (q.v.).
