Operated by the 2nd Oakham (All Saints) Scouts from 1982-1984, serving all of North Rutland, in the last year in conjunction with All Saints Church who had run a parallel service of their own using stamps & postmarks, also since 1982. 1984 covers may carry the Church stamp as well as the Scout cancellation. Co-operated with Uppingham Scouts (q.v.) who served the Southern parts of Rutland.
