It is unlikely that a borderless version exists in this colour (as per 1998/9 issues) due to the differing printing arrangements.

These green issues may have been spread over 1999 & 2000 rather than all the same year. The top row of each sheet is the unbordered version, the rest being bordered.

Type 17, 25x46mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets 40 (4 rows of 10), on Avery L7654 self adhesive labels on an imperforate backing sheet. Background shade variations occur.



2006

Type 18, 22x31mm, further details unknown as only used copies of this stamp have been found - as yet the organisers have been unable to identify the printing or to supply any mint copies. Background shade variations occur.



Issues listed after this point are incomplete - I believe that there were up to six stamps each year, at least 2007 to 2012, but have been unable to obtain copies from the post organisers despite several emails over that period. Temporary catalogue numbers have been applied.
