Type 1, 26x32mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets of 60 (10 rows of 6) on imperforate gummed paper.

Types 2 and 3, 28x28mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets of ? (? rows of 6) on imperforate gummed paper.
Type 4, 32x34mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets of ? (? rows of 6) on imperforate gummed paper.
Type 5, 33x28mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets of ? (? rows of ?) on self-adhesive labels (square corners, 2 stamps per label) on an imperforate backing sheet. It is unlikely that a borderless version exists in this colour (as per 1998/9 issues) due to the differing printing arrangements.
Types 6 and 7, 31x25mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in in sheets of 20 (5 rows of 4), self adhesive on an imperforate backing sheet. Tthe top row of each sheet is the unbordered version, the rest being bordered. Reused again in 2001.
Types 8 to 13, 31x25mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in in sheets of 20 (5 rows of 4), self adhesive on an imperforate backing sheet. These green issues may have been spread over 1999 & 2000 rather than all the same year. The top row of each sheet is the unbordered version, the rest being bordered.
Type 14, 32x34mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets of 20 (5 rows of 4), self adhesive on an imperforate backing sheet.
Type 15, 18x10mm, emergency issue - printed to cover the period between stocks running out and a new printing arriving - designed by ? & printed by ? in A4 sheets ? (? rows of ?), self adhesive on an imperforate backing sheet.
Type 16, 18x10mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets ? (? rows of ?), self adhesive on an imperforate backing sheet. Only used copies of this size stamp have been found - as yet the organisers have been unable identify the printing or to supply any mint copies.
Types 17 & 18, type 17 is 25x46mm, designed by ? & printed by ? in sheets 40 (4 rows of 10), on Avery L7654 self adhesive labels on an imperforate backing sheet. Type 18 is 22x31mm, further details unknown as only used copies of this size stamp have been found - as yet the organisers have been unable to identify the printing or to supply any mint copies - they are not just versions on different size of label, the text at the bottom is in a different typeface. Background shade variations occur on both sizes.
