1984 issue

Type 1, 28x52mm (approx), designed by D. Evans (GSL), handstamped on gummed paper sheets of ? (? rows of 4), line rouletted about 11 between stamps by use of a clock gearwheel, outer stamp edges imperf. No First day covers or cancellations used. As they were handstamped there is a significant difference in positioning and orientation as shown below.
