Type 1, designed by ? and computer-printed locally on sheets of 14 self-adhesive labels (7 rows of 4 stamps printed 2 per label) on imperforate backing sheets and usually hand cut to individual stamps before sale - pairs or blocks very rare.



2000

2000 issue

Type 2, designed by ? and computer-printed locally in sheets of 21 self-adhesive labels (7 rows of 3), sold at £3 giving a discount of 15p for buying a full sheet. The size and position of the Scout badge logo varied from stamp to stamp across the sheet, to the extent that each stamp could be slightly different.

Types 3 and 4, designed by ? and computer-printed locally in sheets of 21 self-adhesive labels (7 rows of 3), sold at £3, the 21st stamp in the sheet being denominated 0p to avoid the total stamp values exceeding the £3.
