Operated by 3rd Wembley (Middlesex) Scouts in conjuction with the 3rd Sudbury and 6th and 7th Wembley Scouts. Had their own issues only 1983 although the service continyed until 1992.

3rd Wembley (Middlesex) Scouts are now part of the Greenford District within the Scout County of Greater London Middlesex West (Back in the 1980s they were part of the Wembley and Sudbury District within the Scout County of Greater London North West).

1983 issue

Type 1, 30x40mm, designed by R A Phillips & printed by him on an Adana hand press in sheets of 10 (2 rows of 5) and made up into booklets for sale. First day covers were produced on locally designed envelopes with the three 1983 stamps from 3rd & 6th Wembley on the one cover.
