Types 2 and 3, 30x40mm, designed by R A Phillips & printed by him on an Adana hand press in sheets of 10 (2 rows of 5) and made up into booklets for sale. First day covers were produced on locally designed envelopes with the three 1983 stamps from 3rd & 6th Wembley on the one cover.

The lower stamps in the vertical pairs (types 14a/15a)show a variation in the "88" used in the year entry - this occurs in the right hand two stamps of the bottom row of the booklet pane & was caused by a shortage of 8s in the normal typeface meaning a different font had to be substituted.
