Operated jointly by 1st & 3rd Witham Scouts. The two troops continued to use their own cancellations.

1st & 3rd Witham Scouts are part of the East Essex District within the Scout County of Essex.

Types 1 to 3, 24x89mm, designed by Christopher Pullen (PL) and offset litho printed by East Essex District in sheets of 54 (6 rows of 9), types 1 & 3 imperforate, type 2 line rouletted about 6.


These stamps continued to be used by 3rd Witham (q.v.) after 1st Witham again issued it's own stamps in 1994.
