West Wirral

Initially started in West Wirral Scout District, extended to Birkenhead in 1983, Wallasey in 1985 and Bebington in 1986, thus completing coverage of the whole of the Wirral peninsula. While initially only Scouts, soon involved Guides as well although the guide badge did not appear on West Wirral issues.

West Wirral is a district within the Scout County of Merseyside.
