Essex, England

Operated by the 1st Kelvedon Scouts. As with other East Essex Scout Groups there were two different charges depending upon destination, 5p for Kelvedon, Feering & Insworth, 10p to areas outside these three villages. Cards with 10p stamps were passed to the central East Essex sorting office and then onwards to the relevant delivery groups for the destinations concerned.

1st Kelvedon Scouts are part of the East Essex District within the Scout County of Essex.
