In later years (1998 onwards) each strip of stamp designs was printed onto several different coloured papers. To save loading time for this page only one colour is included as you access it - illustrations of the other colours are available by a click on the appropriate link by each year's entry. Also full sheet illustrations are restricted to a single colour as all sheet images are otherwise identical. Owing to the irregularity of the perforations all dimensions given are averages only. 2004 is expected to be the last year that this production method was used.
Overprint type O1 stamps 1 to 2, Beacon Hill issues #2 (5p) & #3 (10p) overprinted with type O1.
Overprint type O2 stamps 3 to 9, Beacon Hill issues #18-22 (5p) & #23-24 (10p) overprinted with type O2 in sheets of 14 (2 rows of 7) as illustrated below. First day covers with all seven stamps were produced on plain envelopes.

Types 18 to 19, 30x30mm, designed by ?, printed by the East Essex District in sheets of 24 (6x4), line rouletted about 10.
Type 20, 37x49mm, drawn individually so all images in the sheet of 32 (4 rows of 8) are very slightly different. Both sides & top of sheet imperforate giving rise to 5 "imperforate one or two sides" variations. Crudely pin-perforated about 15 along the frame line. Imperforate sheets also exist.
Type 21, 32x23mm, designed by ?, printed by ? in sheets of ? (? rows of ?), imperforate.

Type P8 - used from 2004 onwards. The outer border did not always appear on the envelopes - it may just be due to later wear on the handstamp.
