Gwent, Wales

Organised by the District Executive and initially supported by 12 Scout Groups, increasing to 13 plus the Scout Fellowship from 1991 onwards. No cancellations used or FDCs issued. Service discontinued by the District after Christmas 1999, continued in 2000 by one Group in the Panteg area only (re-using 1999 stamps). After 2000 Panteg issued their own stamps.

Torfaen is a Scout District within the Scout Area of Gwent.
